These terms cover website builds and hosting delivered by Web Studio (Sint Maarten) to its clients. By hiring Web Studio for a build, you agree to the terms below.
Basic — $500 one-time: info pages, photos, and contact details laid out on a fast, mobile-ready site, live within days of receiving your content. Hosting included, no monthly fee.
Pro — $900 one-time: everything in Basic, plus a booking system or online ordering built in. Hosting included, no monthly fee.
Two rounds of revisions (text, photos, colors, layout tweaks) are included before launch. New pages or features added after launch, content written from scratch, or requests beyond 2 revision rounds are billed separately and quoted before starting — no surprise charges.
The full fee is due before the site goes live (can be split by agreement). Payment is by bank/wire transfer — details are sent directly once your build is locked in.
Hosting is included in your one-time fee and keeps your site online, working, and secure. It does not include new content or design changes — those fall under revisions or extra work above.
Domain name registration (we'll help you register one, but it's a separate cost paid by you unless otherwise agreed), ongoing marketing/SEO/social media management, and stock photography — real photos work best, and we'll always ask for yours first.
You're responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and photos in a timely manner, and for reviewing the site before it goes live.
